Founded in early 2006, JoyfulSpinCycle.com is the online entity of Lyric Enterprises LLC headquartered  in Anchorage, Alaska. Our staff has years of experience in retail sales and providing great customer support. Our small groups desire was to distance ourselves from large discount chain stores and home improvement centers, and provide high quality unique products which can be reasonably priced. Our enthusiasm and desire to create a trouble free shopping experience for our customers is our main focus. We firmly believe in personal service. We welcome your feedback, comments and suggestions regarding our web site, product line, and/or business practices. We all share one goal, and that is to make you, our customer, our highest priority while delivering the best product we can.

We maintain our own inventory and warehouse facilities in Anchorage and also outside of Olympia Washington.  We normally provide same day or next day shipping. We do not drop ship from outside suppliers. This fact alone makes us completely responsive and responsible for your satisfaction as our customer. We stand behind the products we sell and believe they are among the best drying racks and bathroom fixtures available.
