We maintain our own inventory and warehouse facilities in Anchorage and also outside of Seattle Washington. We do not drop ship from outside suppliers. This fact alone makes us completely responsive and responsible for your satisfaction as our customer. We stand behind the products we sell and believe they are among the best drying racks available. We have an inventory of parts available and should you ever have a problem with one of our racks we will respond quickly to your needs, and ensure that is repaired to your satisfaction.
