effort to ensure that your expectations are met in every phase
of your purchase. We will provide you with confirmation that
your order has been received, shipped, and tracking information
where appropriate. If service difficulties are encountered we
will communicate that information to you as soon as they become
known to us.

Shipping
Free ground
shipping of orders to the lower 48 United States, Alaska
and Canada only. Hawaiian and International customers please
contact us for shipping and pricing information. We do not add
"handling costs" or other hidden costs to the price of our
products.
Return
Policy
We Accept returns for a full
refund if we are notified within 14 days of delivery of your
product. Except in cases of shipping damage we do not refund
shipping costs. We ask that you contact us either by email or
telephone that you intend to return any item. We ask that the
returned item be packaged in it's original carton and sent to us
either by UPS or Fed Ex Ground.
Factory
Defects: We will repair or replace any unit within the first
30 days of purchase if the we determine it to be
defective in material and workmanship. If the unit cannot be
repaired within 30 days of purchase we will replace the unit. We
have to see the unit first to determine if the problem you are
having is covered by warranty. Typically we ask that you provide
us with digital images of the damage or defect. We will reimburse you for ground
shipping expense for authorized returns
on warranty repairs in the first 30 days from the date of
purchase. We will not accept COD returns
Replacement
Parts: If for any reason during the lifetime of any
JoyfulSpinCycle product a part becomes damaged, bent or broken, or otherwise
unusable. We will replace that part free of charge less
shipping. We stand behind these products, and believe them to be
the best value on the market today. We refuse to have a
dissatisfied customer, and will work with you in all cases to
make sure we resolve any issue to your satisfaction.
